Most new phones are able to charge wirelessly however, we also sell a charging pad that will enable any smartphone to do the same. We explain this in more detail in the next question.

There are multiple ways to connect your product. We recommend connecting it with a stable fixed connection. You could also do it with a regular or a mini cigarette lighter.

No, you do not, we do incorporate electronics protection in our cables, however, you can still install your own safety fuse, which protects the wire part on top of the electronic protections.

It can work under 9-48V. This means around  a 12V current on the motorcycle.

That is a vehicle safety sign in the European Union. Every single part which was put on the market and then installed needs to have this type of quality control. This E sign goes far and has different divisions, such as electrical, mechanical or chemical profiles as well. In our case, it is a guarantee, that the device won’t cause any trouble in the vehicle or on the device which is being charged with it. Therefore, it can be installed worry-free. Nowadays motorcycles are equipped with a very sophisticated drive supporting electronics, which must not be disturbed by any non accredited additional parts. Non-regulated parts can cause major problems such as damaging the device, the vehicle or even you.

That is a difficult question to answer. It depends on many things, such as the phone’s charging coil type, the distance between the charger and the phone, the material of the phone’s cover, based on the temperature, and so on. The 921 and 931 won’t heat up your device. This problem can occur with the 911, however, we have overcome this issue with the 912

We have tested the product on a range of devices. If you have problems setting up the charging feel free to contact us and we will be ready to assist you.

The bases are the same. The wireless charger works the same way as our 911 one does. However, we are using a 3 coil charger system which increases the output charge, by deducting the loss. On the other hand, you would need a holder for this type of charger, a power supply A or C, furthermore a special case, which fits your current phone. That might be good for now, but you might not use it in everyday life. Altogether you would have to pay just a bit under €200, which would give you a plastic set up. This might become a problem during the hottest summer days.

The 921 and the 931 won’t heat, since it is made out of aluminium, even under the plastic cover they have enough turbulent airflow that is capable of carrying out the unwanted heat. Since this one is a passive cooling system, the flow is coming from the leading wind, therefore it will warm up in a still-standing position. On the other hand, if you do not go anywhere you are not really motorcycling anyway…

The reason for this screw option is so you can even use it with gloves on, one-handed. Everything else would make the process of taking the phone in and out more difficult. Moreover, it would also make the device more expensive.

Yes, it is. The USB C that we carry has a completely closed cover, therefore the moisture can’t get in from the side or towards the more vulnerable electronic parts. Additionally, every connecting part of the electronics is covered with goldener, which means that the different mineral salts or acids can’t damage it.

You can’t just plug it in. Unfortunately, you can’t just add another part to the mix. A USB C is not simply a breakable electrical connection. The parts behind (which are making it work) are making communication more difficult with the device which is about to be charged. For example, one USB C has 10 sensors and out of these, 6 are responsible for communication.

This won’t just slip out and disconnect, therefore the charging won’t stop halfway through your journey. It also won’t weigh on the electrical system of the motorcycle with transition signals. It’s completely waterproof in itself without any add-ons like a silicon cog). If your phone is capable of fast charging then MCB will charge it with 18W.

We are supplying you with a cable tie, on the bottom of the charger it has a stand, which can be turned any way you like, therefore it can be mounted to anywhere. If you say that nothing can be cheaper than this solution, we take it. However, this is the quickest, cleanest, most practical way to be mounted to most of the places on your motorcycle. Sometimes less is more. You don’t always have to invent new solutions for those problems that have been solved a long time ago.

In our chargers, absolutely nothing. We are constantly testing them with extreme weather conditions. To model those we are using UV lamps and high-pressure washers. The heat does not bother the 921, and 931, we are currently changing the 911 to make it more resistant to the heat.

Yes indeed. Put the right console on each bike, or if it does not have a cigarette lighter then insert the cable to the power source. After that there is one screw and a connection that can be dealt with by hand. You can switch between bikes without a problem.

In the fully covered phone case, overheating can occur, this is why we are working on a solution. With the 921 the wind stream constantly cools the device, meaning it won’t overheat.
In the case of the law binding motorcycle tour, neither the device nor the charger’s temperature will skyrocket.

We have never ever experienced such a thing for us to be able to say yes or no. If you think about what you usually do with your phone on a regular day, then simply put, it won’t make much of a difference to your phone. We only have limited data and feedback from our users from the past years, however, we did not experience such a thing. My phones were ok so far.

No, we are researching and developing our own devices.

We thought long and hard about this problem, to pick the right type of holder, to be able to charge all the currently existing phones. This will be even (if it’s possible) more applicable for the newer phones that do not exist yet. Therefore the holders are asymmetric, however, the designer advised against it. Right now there is no problem. However, we cannot foresee the future. We will make special holders if such a case will occur.

It can. Our charges can be used with any phone, if yours isn’t wireless compatible you can place the slim charging foil in the back of the phone to enable wireless charging.

Everything that is installed on a motorcycle will be in somewhat of a dangerous position if you fall, and it is the same for your phone/charger. To comply with the law and your riding experience, the product has been designed not to block your view while riding. If you mount it correctly it won’t fall off, or block your view. I personally fell twice with the 921 installed with little speed. Nothing happened to the phone, if anything I was happy it wasn’t in my pocket.

Well the R and D was done with S7. There is no major gap between the two. With the 921 I had absolutely no problem. No overheating, no flooding, no problems whatsoever. We have a little cover which can be put on when it rains.

While you ride both the charger and the phone are inside of a big alu box which provides enough cooling. You don’t need a switch you need more gas!
